We want you to love your FoundryCut ring. If something isn't right, we make it easy.

Free 30-day returns and exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it — including for a different size — free within 30 days of purchase. We provide free shipping both ways. To start, contact our customer service team at help@foundrycut.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a return or exchange. We'll send a return label and instructions.

Eligibility

  • Rings with personalized engravings are not eligible for return. We offer one free exchange for a different size.
  • Custom-made rings (designed via The Forge) are not eligible for return.
  • Rings must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee for rings returned with signs of wear.

How refunds work

We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at help@foundrycut.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
