Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to love your FoundryCut ring, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer hassle-free exchanges and returns to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it for free within 30 days of purchase. Best of all, we provide free shipping both ways!

To get started, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at help@foundrycut.com with your Order Number and let us know whether you'd like to return or exchange your item.
  2. Once we receive your email, we'll provide you with a return label and instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided label.

Please note the following eligibility requirements for returns and exchanges:

  • Rings with personalized engravings are not eligible for return. However, we offer a free one-time exchange for a new ring.
  • Custom-made and designed rings are not eligible for return.
  • Gift Card purchases.
  • Rings must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee for any rings that show signs of wear or damage.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@foundrycut.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
