At FoundryCut, we stand behind our products and craftsmanship. We are proud to offer a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects on every ring we sell.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects (chipping, cracking, finish flaws traceable to production)
- Inlay separation due to a manufacturing fault
- Sizing issues with the ring as received from us
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, drops, or impact
- Damage from chemical exposure or improper care
- Loss or theft
- Modifications or repairs by a third party
How to make a claim
Email help@foundrycut.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will reply within one business day with next steps.
