We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind them with our lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

FoundryCut offers a lifetime limited warranty on all of our rings against manufacturing defects. If your ring has a manufacturing defect — such as chipping, cracking, inlay separation, or finish flaws traceable to production — we will offer a replacement free of charge, provided you supply proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring. If the original style is unavailable, we may offer a similar style at the same value. This is our entire liability to you for any breach of the limited warranty.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover loss or theft of the ring, damage caused by accidents, impact, drops, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, use contrary to care instructions, or any modifications or repairs performed by a third party. We reserve the right to void this limited warranty in the event we suspect abuse of the rights granted under it or a false claim of defect.

Returns and size exchanges

Returns and size exchanges are governed by our exchanges and refunds policy — free within 30 days of purchase, including for a different size.

Disclaimer

Apart from the limited warranty set forth above, each ring is purchased "as-is," and your purchase is at your sole risk. We make no other warranties with respect to our products, including any warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, FoundryCut and its managers, members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your ownership, wear, or use of any product purchased from us. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the products exceed the amount you paid for the product.
